Return and Refund Policy
Introduction
At Petviv Discount Pet Supplies, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase of pet supplies. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
To initiate a return, please email us at service@petviv.com to explain the situation. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and the return shipping address.
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items include perishable goods (such as pet food and plants), custom or personalized items, discounted or promotional items, and certain pet health and personal care items (such as medications).
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at service@petviv.com to explain the issue. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and the return shipping address.
